Joy Marshall
Joy Marshall is a Co-founder and a Managing Partner of Marshall Fundraising Management. Previously, Joy had her own successful fundraising and development consulting firm, Waroniecki & Associates, and is a highly experienced, well-regarded fundraising professional. She advises and assists a select group of non-profit organizations on their fundraising and development programs, including strategizing and implementing with innovative, cost-effective, and results-oriented programs to produce maximum results.
Joy's major involvement for over 15 years has been with the Children's Miracle Network (CMN-Founded by Marie Osmond and Family), both on the management staff and as a consultant to many of its over 175 children’s hospital foundations in the USA, Canada and Mexico. She has guided hospitals for children in creating successful corporate fundraising events and cause-branding programs. She was the Executive Producer of CMN's annual local broadcast, aired on KABC-TV from Disneyland, while heading CMN fundraising at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles.
Some of Joy's other non-profit clients have included Boys and Girls Clubs of America, National Kidney Foundation, United Way, as well as international humanitarian relief missions, such as the Hmong refugees in Thailand.
Joy also is President and Managing Director of Marshall Consultants, LLC, the first executive search and management consulting firm specializing in public relations, marketing and corporate communications. Celebrating its 40th anniversary, the firm has served many regional, national and global clients, including non-profit organizations and foundations, as well as over half of the Fortune 500 companies, and leading public relations counseling firms.
She heads the firm’s operations, research, as well as select recruiting and management consulting projects for corporations, non-profit organizations and foundations.

She is a native of Southern California and is married to Larry Marshall. While previously living in Malibu, CA, the couple created their own foundation, the Marshall Family Foundation to Make a Difference. It supports children's healthcare, fine and performing arts, and endangered wildlife causes. She enjoys world travel and rving, gardening, gourmet cooking and has recently begun playing golf. The couple now reside in Ashland, OR.
Larry Marshall
Larry Marshall is also a Co-founder and a Managing Partner of Marshall Fundraising Management. Larry focuses on fundraising organizational strategy and awareness-building to support fundraising and development programs. He is a creative, innovative thinker, often contributing out-of-the-box ideas that add new and exciting dimensions to standard, traditional programs.
Larry is well-known in the national and world business-community as founder and Chief Executive Officer of Marshall Consultants, LLC. Now celebrating its 40th Anniversary, it was the first executive search and management consulting firm specializing in the public relations, corporate and marketing communications and investor relations functions, since its inception in 1967.
Marshall Consultants was originally headquartered in New York City, with Western offices in Seattle and Los Angeles, and Larry was bicoastal, heading the firm's eastern and western offices. He is one of the few communications executive search professionals knowledgeable about the corporate and non-profit business climate on both coasts. Under his leadership, they have had unparalleled success in serving prestigious institutions and non-profit organizations, as well as over half of the Fortune 500 companies. They have also represented most of the major and evolving PR and advertising agencies.
He began his business career with a small advertising and public relations agency as Creative Director and V.P. -Accounts Manager. Prior to this, he had a teen-age career as a featured performer around the country in Broadway musical theater, as well as in film and television in Hollywood.
He focuses exclusively on a limited number of selected corporate , agency and non-profit searches for senior management communications executives and executive directors, so that he can assist the non-profit clients of Marshall Fundraising Management.
His articles have been published in various professional publications and he has spoken before numerous professional groups.
Larry has been a member of the Public Relations Society of America, International Public Relations Association, International Association of Business Communicators, National Investor Relations Institute, Entertainment Publicists Professionals Society and the International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruitment.
Larry is a native New Yorker and is married to Joy Marshall. While previously living in Malibu, CA, the couple founded their own foundation, the Marshall Family Foundation to Make a Difference. It supports children, children's healthcare, fine and performing arts, and endangered wildlife causes. He has been a private pilot, flying his Cessna, enjoys golf, world travel and rving, gourmet cooking and musical theatre. The couple now reside in Ashland, OR.
