Marshall Fundraising Management is committed to excellence and best practices management with all client relationships it undertakes. To achieve our best results, we believe that we must have a special partnership with our clients. Our retainer fees are based on the project complexity, time lines, location, and what services are required. We understand that many NPOs have limited financial resources. We seek to be affordable by both large, well-established NPOs, as well as small, evolving organizations. We charge reasonable fees, commensurate with the regional and national marketplace and our projected time and efforts. Whenever possible, we endeavor to be flexible with such fee arrangements, often providing a sliding scale, based on size, assets and budget.
We provide a proposal and negotiate a Letter of Agreement with our clients, bill monthly retainer and/or project fees in advance, plus out-of-pocket, reimbursed expenses. Our most successful, mutually-beneficial partnerships are in long-term, continuing relationships, as we have more of an opportunity to understand their special culture. However, we will often accept special short-term, individual projects.
Whenever possible, we believe that clients should utilize our full services, integrating fundraising and development with consistant brand building, PR and marketing communications.
We offer a Free Consultation for an initial discussion to assess your needs. We will then suggest options that best meet your specific requirements and financial budget.
